Museum of Ottoman Bank




During the Ottoman Empire, the Ottoman Bank operated as the state bank between 1863-1924. Currently, Garanti Bank operates in the building, however, a museum was founded to honor and display objects and documents from the late-Ottoman and early-Republican periods of Turkish history.

Galatasaray Museum



The Galatasaray Museum, was founded by Ali Sam Yen in 1868. The first floor is dedicated to Lycee de Galatasaray and Galatasaray University while the second floor is dedicated to the Galatasaray Sports Club. The main purpose of the museum is to display and share the traditions and history of Galatasaray.

Pera Museum


 

The Pera Museum is located in a historic building designed by famous architect Achille Manoussos and built in 1893. Formerly, the historic building as home to Hotel Bristol before it was transformed into a museum. The museum displays an array of collections, three of which are permanent namely, Orientalist Painting, Kütahya Tiles and Ceramics, and Anatolian Weights and Measures.
